Appropriate Means

It is important that the message in the Safety Policy is made known to all staff in the department by all appropriate means such as:

• Posting of the statement at conspicuous locations;
• Circulars or e-mails to all staff:
• reiteration at management and operation meetings and in appropriate occasions.

The content of the Safety Policy may need to be translated into Chinese as necessary.

Copies of circulars, notices, emails, minutes of appropriate meetings, etc. showing the dissemination of the message.
